In the event that a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is to your specified UK address only. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (exemptions for medicinal products).
